Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only.

Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.

All pieces are carefully packed by hand to protect delicate ceramics during transit. Orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise noted. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated delivery times

  • United States: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

 

 

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the fragile and handmade nature of our ceramics, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

 

 

Handmade Variations

Each piece is hand-thrown and kiln-fired, and natural variations in glaze, color, texture, and pattern are part of the process. These variations are not considered defects, but a defining characteristic of handmade ceramics.
